Pepper Lunch

Do you want some hot and delicious meals to enjoy in the winter? I think everyone is already bored with the cold fried rice from your school, right? If you ask us which is our recommended eating place, Pepper Lunch is of course our first choice. It is located at MBK, on the 2nd floor. It is perfect for hurried students to spend their lunchtime eating something fancy. Pepper Lunch makes various kinds of food: steak, fried rice, and spaghetti. It only makes food with fresh ingredients served on an extremely hot pan. With all of the food we ate, we decided to choose our three favorite dishes to review.

The giant, medium-rare Australian rib eye with mashed potato (by BM)

The dish was served in a hot pan. With the dedication of the chef, it was flawlessly delicious. The juice from the meat was combined with melted butter. It made an elegant flavor in my mouth. The mashed potato was so creamy and flavorful that it dissolved in my mouth.

Pepper Lunch’s French Fries (by Shin)

French fries were a great appetizer, but it’s hard to make them special. Pepper Lunch’s French fries were crispy but not dried; the juiciness of the French fries was not too soggy. Despite the saltiness of them, their ketchup made an unbelievable combination. The ketchup was not only sweet, but you could also smell tomatoes in the sauce, too.

Jumbo pork pepper rice (by Kim)

The rice was served without sauce. This is an exciting thing to do. Why? Because while the pan was still hot and the pork was raw, I added the exclusive sauce to the pan. The boiling sauce sizzling under the pork created a burnt aroma. The sauce was soaked into the pork thoroughly. The smokey flavor of pepper contrasted with the sweetness from corn invented an extraordinary savor.

Have you tasted it yourselves? Do you like it? In my opinion, in rush hour, Pepper lunch is on a whole other level compared to other restaurants. It creates an unparalleled brand image. It is charismatic. From the view of the customers, it will probably be our favorite eating place for a decade.
